- Once you’re happy with your preview, we’ll begin printing your wallpaper. This usually takes 3–4 working days.
- Once printed, we’ll securely package and dispatch your order, and share a tracking number with you.

Wallpaper designs are printed in controlled batches to ensure colour consistency. Custom quantities, substrates or finishes may require testing and calibration before production can begin.
While wallpapers generally move more predictably than larger, handcrafted orders, international shipping and customs processing still apply and can occasionally cause delays.

Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth, and for minor marks, wipe carefully with a lightly damp, non-abrasive cloth without rubbing. Avoid harsh cleaning agents, abrasive scrubbers, or excessive water, as these may damage the print and finish. With proper care, your wallpaper will retain its colour and elegance for years to come.
Provenance
The Kusum floral wallpaper looks to the jharoka; the arched palace windows that framed both architecture and view.
