At Brahm, we believe that exceptional craftsmanship deserves equally thoughtful care, from our hands to yours. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship and how we handle returns. Every piece you receive carries not just the spirit of Indian artistry but also our commitment to a smooth, reliable and transparent delivery experience.


Where does Brahm ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our primary warehouses in Chennai and Jaipur, India. They are carefully coordinated by our customer service and operations team based in Cambridge, UK. This helps us ensure both seamless international delivery and responsive support throughout your experience with Brahm.


Do I have to pay taxes and duties?

Please note that international customers may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges, if applicable, are not included in the product price or shipping fee and as such, must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely across regions, so please check with your local authority for guidance if you are uncertain.


How long will delivery take?

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.

  • Larger pieces, such as made-to-order furniture, will require up to 4 weeks for production and delivery. If you are unsure whether your item falls into this category, feel free to contact us before placing your order.


Packaging and Protection

Here at Brahm, we treat every package as though it were a museum piece in transit. As such, each sculpture or décor piece is:

  • Individually wrapped in high-grade protective bubble wrap.

  • Placed in foam-lined, double-walled cartons to ensure safe transit.

  • Wallpapers and paintings are sealed and securely packed in rigid cardboard tubes.


Brahm Returns Policy*

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you believe your piece has an issue, please contact us at info@brahmcollection.com within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the concern.

For approved cases, you may choose either:

  • an exchange for any item of equal or lesser value, or

  • a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items are fully covered by Brahm.

As each piece is handmade and often made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. Furniture pieces are excluded from returns.
Order cancellations are only available within 24 hours of placing your order.
