Inspired by Chapter Six of the Bhagavad Gita, this print explores Dhyana Yoga, the path of meditation, discipline, and mastery of the mind. Krishna teaches Arjuna that the mind can become either one's greatest friend or one's greatest obstacle, and that through meditation, self-discipline, and detachment, one can attain inner stillness and spiritual realization.

The artwork depicts a meditating sage seated beneath a great tree beside a tranquil river, surrounded by mountains, flowering plants, and a peaceful deer. In the distant landscape, Krishna and Arjuna travel together in their chariot, creating a subtle connection between the outer journey of life and the inner journey toward self-realization.

The serene composition, muted earth tones, celestial sky, and carefully rendered natural elements evoke the contemplative qualities of classical Indian art. The still waters and meditating figure embody the chapter's central teaching: through disciplined practice and a quietened mind, the seeker turns inward and discovers the deeper Self.
