Care Guide
To preserve the beauty of your wallpaper, keep it away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight. Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth, and for minor marks, wipe carefully with a lightly damp, non-abrasive cloth without rubbing. Avoid harsh cleaning agents, abrasive scrubbers, or excessive water, as these may damage the print and finish. With proper care, your wallpaper will retain its colour and elegance for years to come.
Provenance
Mithila Sujani celebrates the rich textile and painting traditions of the Mithila region of Bihar, where art has always been an extension of everyday life. Inspired by Sujani embroidery - a storytelling craft traditionally practiced by women - this wallpaper translates the rhythm of stitched narratives into a mural-scale visual composition.
Rooted in rural expression, Sujani art often portrays scenes of community, rituals, nature, and domestic life. The design captures this living heritage, weaving together symbolic motifs and figurative storytelling that feel intimate yet expansive. Every detail echoes the authenticity of hand-crafted traditions passed down through generations.
Printed using advanced techniques on premium canvas or handmade paper, the mural is installed panel by panel to form a seamless artistic canvas. The larger format enhances the storytelling element, allowing interiors to carry not just design, but cultural memory.
Disclaimer
- Wallpaper may arrive in multiple panels; when installed correctly, panels align seamlessly to form a continuous pattern.
