Provenance
In Sanskrit, smriti means memory. This design works exactly that way, collecting fragments of India's floral traditions into one flowing surface. Lotus, marigold and wild blossoms repeat across this wallpaper, their forms designed with the same balance of delicacy and discipline that shaped Mughal gardens. Each flower carries its own weight: purity, renewal, prosperity. Together, they form a surface that feels both lush and intentional.
The burnt saffron palette deepens the resonance, grounding the pattern in warmth that recalls festival dyes and temple garlands. As a floral wallpaper, Smriti doesn't just mimic nature, it reflects on how India's culture has long treated flowers as living symbols. As an Indian wallpaper, it translates that reverence into interiors, offering rooms a tactile sense of continuity with the past. It is lush without being indulgent, detailed without being fragile and deeply tied to heritage in every single one of its repetitions.
