Provenance
In India, brass bowls have always been more than simple vessels. They've been a part of the rhythm of meals, festivals and family gatherings. This piece takes that familiar form and gives it an edge. The brass core is worked smooth, then finished in white, a canvas that lets the floral design bloom without restraint. A quiet rebellion against the idea that utility should be plain.
The floral patterns are not just surface decoration. They speak to centuries of artisans weaving natural forms into metalwork, a way of keeping the outside world alive indoors. The contrast between polished brass and painted detail gives the bowl weight and lightness. Sturdy enough to last a lifetime, yet expressive enough to catch your eye every time you pass the table.
It's a fruit bowl, yes, but it's also a reminder that everyday objects can carry personality. With its bold florals etched across white enamel and brass, this bowl refuses anonymity. It's craft, heritage and artistry dressed up for the daily rituals of living.

About: Standing Soapstone Lampshade

I am over the moon with this beautiful piece. I had been looking for something to put on my parents headstone as none of us live near enough to tend it regularly. As they lived in India for many years, when I saw this I thought it would make a fitting tribute. Brahm Collection were brilliant, I can't thank them enough. When I'd done it my heart filled with joy and I know they would absolutely love it. Thank you all xxx
